1. Service Description

Pecucey.com provides temporary pet boarding and care services for pets while their owners are away. Our services may include accommodation, feeding, exercise, basic grooming, and administration of prescribed medications as agreed upon at check-in.

2. User Obligations

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your pet, including health history, behavioral tendencies, dietary requirements, and emergency contact information.
• Ensure your pet is up-to-date on all required vaccinations and provide proof thereof prior to check-in.
• Disclose any known medical conditions, aggressive behaviors, or special needs your pet may have.
• Supply sufficient food, medications, and specific care items for the duration of your pet's stay.
• Pay all fees as outlined in our pricing structure, including any additional charges for extra services or extended stays.
• Pick up your pet at the agreed-upon time or notify us of any changes to the schedule.
• Remain reachable or provide an alternative emergency contact during your pet's stay.

3. Service Limitations

While we strive to provide excellent care for all pets, we reserve the right to:

• Refuse service to pets that pose a danger to our staff or other animals.
• Seek veterinary care for your pet if deemed necessary, with costs being your responsibility.
• Adjust care protocols based on your pet's behavior or needs during their stay.
• Require removal of your pet if they develop contagious conditions or exhibit extremely disruptive behavior.

We cannot guarantee acceptance of pets with severe behavioral issues, highly contagious diseases, or terminal illnesses requiring specialized medical care.

4. Reservations and Cancellations

Reservations must be made in advance and confirmed with a deposit. Cancellation policies are as follows:

• Cancellations made 7 or more days before scheduled check-in: full refund of deposit.
• Cancellations made 3-6 days before scheduled check-in: 50% refund of deposit.
• Cancellations made less than 3 days before scheduled check-in: no refund of deposit.

We reserve the right to modify these policies during holiday periods or peak seasons.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Pecucey.com, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Pecucey.com or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of Pecucey.com and is protected by international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or publicly display any content from our website without prior written consent from Pecucey.com.

6. Liability Limitations

While we take all reasonable care to ensure the safety and well-being of your pet, you acknowledge that:

• Pecucey.com's liability is limited to the amount paid for boarding services.
• We are not liable for any pre-existing or developing medical conditions.
• We are not responsible for damage to or loss of personal items left with your pet.
• In the event of an emergency, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you before seeking veterinary care, but reserve the right to make decisions in the best interest of your pet's health if you cannot be reached.

By using our services, you release Pecucey.com from liability for any injury, illness, death, escape, or damage that may occur during your pet's stay, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pecucey.com, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that such parties may incur as a result of or arising from your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions or your use of our services shall first be addressed through informal negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable jurisdiction where Pecucey.com operates. The arbitration shall take place in that jurisdiction, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

9. Modifications to Terms

Pecucey.com reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Pecucey.com is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Severability
